Danny Vanaphan is a Houston-based trainer whose wide range of clients includes professional athletes, retired seniors, adolescents, and everyday working people.

Workouts are 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) in a group setting. Challenging, full body, weight training workouts that will get your heart racing and your blood pumping.
