Danny Vanaphan is a Houston-based trainer whose wide range of clients includes professional athletes, retired seniors, adolescents, and everyday working people. No matter what level of fitness, age group, or background, he believes everyone can attain their highest fitness goals and attain overall wellness. He has expertise in one-on-one as well as group exercise and training. Danny works with each client on an individual basis, focusing on achieving long-term results through challenging and constantly varied workouts. His commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques maintains effectiveness. On top of his years of experience, passion for fitness and health, and boundless energy, Danny is determined to assist his clients in striving for lifelong wellness, physically and mentally.

Danny’s interest in health and fitness was sparked early on as he participated in various sports leagues and fitness competitions. He was always open to learning ways to better his performance, agility, and precision. He later graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology-Exercise Science. Proving himself to be an enthusiast of the field while in college, Danny was quickly attracted to being able to help others through personal training. He has enjoyed working with clients individually, teaching various exercise classes, leading fitness camps, and advising clients on making lifestyle changes.

Danny is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the nationally accredited NSCA, a Rehab Exercise Specialist through PFIT, as well as a USA Weightlifting Certified Sports Performance Coach. In addition, he is also a Certified Flexibility Specialist through the Stretch to Win Institute in Tempe, AZ, and certified in the Pilates method through the Physical Mind Institute in New York. Danny’s background allows his clients to be assured of a complete and optimal approach to improving their performance in sports, fitness, and life.
